- Retail Orders process quicker than a cheetah with a double espresso, typically within 1–3 business days. Once processed, the shipping time will vary based upon the shipping option that you have selected.
- Wholesale Orders process in 7-14 days, although we always aim for sooner. We will be in communication regarding accurate timelines.

Shipping delays are a nuisance but they sometimes happen. Your orders are regrettably out of our control once your order has shipped!
Returns & Refunds
- All sales are final.
- Items that have been declared officially lost by the delivery carrier will be replaced.
- We package every order with extreme care, but in the rare and unfortunate event that your order arrives in a mangled heap, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right!
European Union & Great Britain
We currently do not ship to the UK or EU, but we working on it! If there is something that you are interested in, please feel free to get in touch, and we can let you know when those items are available in your area.
