- Retail Orders process quicker than a cheetah with a double espresso, typically within 1–3 business days.
- Wholesale Orders typically process in 1-14 business days. We will be in communication regarding accurate timelines.

*Shipping delays are a nuisance but they sometimes happen. Your orders are regrettably out of our control once your order has shipped!
Returns & Refunds
- All sales are final.
- Items that have been declared officially lost by the delivery carrier will be replaced.
- We package every order with extreme care, but in the rare and unfortunate event that your order arrives in a mangled heap, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right!
European Union Residents
If your order’s being shipped to the EU, you’ve got 14 days to cancel or return it—no explanation needed. Just make sure the item is in the same condition you got it: unused, and in the original packaging. We'll need your receipt or proof of purchase to accept returns.
